In May 2022, the Upland Owner submitted a project permit application to install a recreational dock at 306 Sasamat Lane in North Vancouver, British Columbia on federal lands and waters managed by the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority.

The port authority will conduct formal consultation activities with stakeholders and Indigenous groups.

About the project

The proposed project is for an installation of a new recreational dock at 306 Sasamat Lane in North Vancouver. Installation of a new recreational dock will involve securing precast anchors and attaching an aluminum ramp to connect an already built pre-owned float to an existing patio.

Proposed dock to include following features:

  • Approximately 15.2 metre long by 1.2 metre wide aluminum access ramp (between landing and float).
  • Approximately 10 metre long by 3 metre wide moorage float (dock) on the water to be supported in place by precast concrete anchors.
