Celebrate the holidays at Canada Place with two virtual events

December 7, 2020

Department of Canadian Heritage, Government of Canada, IllumiNATION event

Join us in celebrating the holiday season at Canadian Heritage’s llumiNATION event, a virtual music show taking Canadians on a magical cross-Canada journey that will amaze young and old alike. Starting December 17, discover talented Canadians sharing their light this holiday season. The virtual show will premiere on Thursday, December 17 at 5:00 p.m. PST and will feature a special filmed performance from Canada Place by Jill Barber, a talented singer and songwriter.

“From December 17 until January 7, 2021, I invite you to be dazzled by IllumiNATION, a virtual celebration of lights across the country that will feature talented Canadians from coast to coast to coast. This virtual show would not have been possible without the contribution of partners such as Canada Place at the Port of Vancouver. Wherever you are, let’s discover the most beautiful lights in the country together!”
—The Honourable Steven Guilbeault, Minister of Canadian Heritage
