Annual general meeting

The board of directors of the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority invites you to attend its annual general meeting at which it will present the port authority’s 2020 audited financial statements. This year’s meeting will take place online due to COVID-19 related restrictions on public gatherings and physical distancing.

Once you are registered, a link and login information to join the online meeting will be provided by email the day before the meeting.

To submit a question:

The meeting agenda will include up to 30 minutes allocated to a question and answer period with President and Chief Executive Officer Robin Silvester and port authority executives. Attendees may submit written questions ahead of the meeting to [email protected], or may submit written questions during the meeting on the online platform.
