Annual general meeting

The board of directors of the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority invites you to attend its annual general meeting, at which it will present the port authority’s 2022 audited financial statements. This year’s meeting will take place online. 

Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at 3:15 p.m.  PST

Once you are registered, you’ll receive via email the day before the meeting link and login information to join the online meeting. If you would like to join the meeting in French, RSVP here.  

To submit a question:  
The meeting agenda will include up to 30 minutes allocated to a question and answer period with President and Chief Executive Officer Robin Silvester and port authority executives. Attendees may submit written questions ahead of the meeting to [email protected], or may submit written questions during the meeting on the online platform. 

Following the meeting, the audited financial statements will be made available for review at the port authority’s office during business hours and online.
