Paving Viterra Pacific
In September 2021, a project permit was issued to Viterra Inc. to pave a portion of their western property and created a 35 car parking lot and a driveway which will run north/south adjacent to Annex 2. The proposed project would be located at 1803 Stewart Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, on lands managed by the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority.
The project was approved subject to 30 permit conditions that Viterra Inc. must meet to ensure the project does not result in significant adverse environmental effects.
About the project
Viterra Inc. are proposing to pave a portion of their western property and created a 35 car parking lot and a driveway which will run north/south adjacent to Annex 2, located at 1803 Stewart Street, Vancouver. The paving will make up an area of approximately 2,500 square metres and will be graded to direct stormwater towards existing catch basins and stormwater lines. Fencing will be installed around the perimeter of the parking area and lighting, designed with a sharp cut off and directed towards the ground, will be installed in the parking lot and down the driveway.
