Project status

Permit application denied

In January 2017, Nick Ebrahim submitted a revised project permit application to install a two slip shared recreational dock at 3707 Dollarton Highway in North Vancouver, British Columbia on federal lands and waters managed by the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority. This permit application included an updated scope compared to the initial application submitted in 2011.

Following the Project and Environmental Review of the proposed project, consultation with stakeholders and Aboriginal groups, the port authority has denied this project permit application. The Project and Environmental Review report can be found here.
