September 29, 2016

Vancouver Sun, September 29, 2016

For Burnaby-based Swiss Water Decaffeinated Coffee Company, access to international markets through the Port of Vancouver means they can import high quality, ethically sourced, sustainable coffee from countries around the world.

“One of the ways that our company ensures a quality taste experience is through our coffee sourcing practices,” Barry Close, vice-president of operations for Swiss Water Decaffeinated Coffee Company, wrote in the Vancouver Sun. “In 2016, we decaffeinated coffee from 28 different countries representing some of the finest growing regions around the world and imported these coffees through the Port of Vancouver. After removing the caffeine from these coffees, we then exported it back out through the port to more than 26 different countries around the globe.” Read more.
