Carmen Loberg has been reappointed to the board of directors of the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority
Carmen Loberg has been reappointed to the board of directors of the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority for a three-year term, commencing March 1, 2018, as the Prairie province appointee. The provinces of Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba collectively appoint one director to the board. This is Mr. Loberg’s third term on the board, having been nominated by Alberta in 2013, Saskatchewan in 2015, and Manitoba in 2018. Mr. Loberg is chair of the Human Resources Committee and the Compensation Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee.
The Vancouver Fraser Port Authority’s board of directors is composed of 11 members: one federal appointee; one British Columbia provincial appointee; one appointee for the Prairie provinces of Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba; one appointee representing the 16 municipalities bordering the port; and, seven federal appointees recommended by port users.
