Westshore Terminals is Canada's leading coal export facility and the largest dry bulk terminal on the west coast of the Americas. Located at Roberts Bank, 35 km south of Vancouver's Burrard Inlet, Westshore has shipped up to 23.3 million tonnes of coal over the past five years to countries around the world.

Berth 1:
  • Dock face length 350 metres, depth alongside 22.9 metres.
  • Ships up to 260,000 dwt
  • Equipped with a single traveling shiploader, maximum chute reach from berth face is 37.4 metres with boom elevated 15 degrees.
  • Longitudinal travel along wharf is 244.9 metres
  • Vertical clearance under boom above HHWL at berth face is 19.6 metres with boom elevated 15 degrees.
Berth 2:
  • Dock face length 263 metres, depth alongside 20.8 metres mooring buoys at east and west ends.
  • Ships up to 150,000 dwt.
  • Equipped with two new quadrant shiploaders
  • Vertical clearance of boom above HHWL is 18.3 metres with boom elevated 18 degrees
  • Vertical distance of bottom of trimmer above HHWL is 19 metres with boom elevated 18 degrees
  • Maximum boom reach from berth face is 34.9 metres with boom elevated 18 degrees
Equipment and Rail Services:
  • Two loop tracks and two rotary rail car dumpers for U.S. style and Canadian unit trains
  • Three stacker/reclaimers
