Prior to submitting a permission to use controlled access area application, availability date(s) can be confirmed with the Vancouver Port Authority's (“VPA”) Public Affairs department at 604.665.9070.

To request permission to access, VPA requires an authorized representative of the company/media/organization to submit a completed access area application form.

Completed application forms must be submitted to VPA for approval no later than five (5) business days before the requested date(s). On case by case basis, VPA will consider a request for an event that is received less than five (5) business days of the requested date(s).
