Request for Tender #T170324-15 Deltaport Truck Staging Facility – Construction

The Vancouver Fraser Port Authority is requesting tenders for the construction of a proposed truck staging facility located at the junction of Highway 17, Highway 17A, and Deltaport Way.  The facility is designed to stage no less than 143 commercial trucks that have reservations at the Deltaport Container Terminal.

Request for Proposal #P170309-10 Fairness Advisor – Centerm Expansion Project and South Shore Access Project

The Vancouver Fraser Port Authority is seeking the services of a qualified Fairness Advisor to monitor and provide fairness advisory services in support of the procurement process to select a design-build contractor for the delivery of the proposed Centerm Expansion Project and South Shore Access Project.  The closing time to submit proposals is by 3:00 p.m. local Vancouver time on Thursday, March 9, 2017.

Request for Tender #T170315-13 South Timberland Road Pavement Rehabilitation

Tenders are invited for the construction of pavement rehabilitation work on South Timberland Road.  An on-site bidder’s meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 @ 10:00 a.m.  The closing time to submit tenders is by 3:00 p.m. local Vancouver time on March 15, 2017.

Request for Information #I170317-12 Roberts Bank Terminal 2 – Aggregate Material Supply

The Vancouver Fraser Port Authority is requesting information from interested and suitable aggregate material suppliers that may be able to support the proposed Roberts Bank Terminal 2 Project.  Should the Project proceed, it is anticipated that up to 17 million cubic meters of aggregate of various types will be required.  Submissions are requested by 3:00 p.m. local Vancouver time on Friday, March 17, 2017.
